Hi, I’m Coach Lisa and I am the founder of the Women's Emotional Eating Community Support Group.


I help thousands of women across the globe stop using food to self-sabotage. 

Through a journey of self-discovery, we explore the things that no one ever wants to talk about. 


What's going on underneath the food.


Things like lack of self worth, self-sabotage, lack of confidence, body insecurities, judgement, stress, disconnect, anger, sadness, shame, guilt, feeling lonely, frustrated, exhausted, people pleasing, fear of mission out, dread, helplessness, hopelessness,& past trauma.

We address it all. All of the fears, the doubts, and the failures. It's time to step out of the darkness and into the light.
