Here's the workshop purpose:
This workshop will give you clarity.
I know that you don't know why eating feels so good even when it makes you feel so bad.
I know you don't mean to get up in the middle of the night and stuff your face until you feel sick.
I know you want to figure out why you get annoyed, frustrated, angry, then have to use food to comfort your pain.
I know you are terribly confused, sad, scared, embarrassed, guilty, & pained. I know because I have been all of those things too.
Together, we are going spend some quality time figuring out where you feel stuck, and where you feel lost. In just ONE hour, we will discover a whole new version of the truth!
