Trust me, this is a topic that I am an expert on especially because for decades, I didn't have any!
EVERYONE struggles with confidence at one time or another so I am excited to dive in and explore some juicy nuggets that you may have NEVER heard of before!
It is for this reason that I wanted to create a 3-day mini-course.

Day 1- Learn how to hear your inner voice: Confidence begins in the micro-decisions that you make when no one is watching. The conversations that you are having with yourself will cast a shadow on the life you are living today.

Day 2- Become independent from your past:
Everyone has a story, and your story is a part of you.
Your story gives you strength, character, & uniqueness EXCEPT when you are using it to anchor you to a version of yourself that is causing you current pain.
Step 2 of confidence mastery is to meet your past self, say hello, acknowledge her, and welcome her into today.

Day 3- Give yourself permission to change
Most of us say we want to change, but we are scared to because we feel stuck. Stuck in the past and locked in our pain.
We are uncomfortable, but that's all we know so we tell ourselves that we’re ok because this feeling is familiar.
We carry a load of heavy feelings like guilt, shame, regret, and sadness. This locks us in a permanent jail cell inside of our minds. Inside this personal prison, we are committed to living a life that is "comfortably uncomfortable.
Step 3 of confidence mastery is to give yourself permission to change!
Once you have an exact roadmap of how to hear your own inner voice, become independent from your past, & give yourself permission to change you will live CONFIDENTLY EVERY AFTER.
